"For me, the most important part of therapy is building a relationship with someone you trust"

Chelsea Wright, LMSW, CAADC

At some point in our lives everyone experiences some kind of emotional pain or stress. At times like this, it is important to be able to create purposeful goals and solutions in a supportive, safe and compassionate environment. My goal is to create this environment where individuals can gain an understanding of their experiences and feelings and then take proactive steps to change their lives in a positive way.

I know how difficult it can be to acknowledge that there is an issue and even more difficult to take the steps to address the issue. I believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives and my purpose is to provide a unique perspective and facilitate the achievement of their goals.

Chelsea's devotion to stress management translates to her own life as she enjoys being active, taking long walks, baking, traveling and spending as much time as possible with her partner and three young sons.
