KELLIE OVERHOLT PHOTOGRAPHY -123.jpg

Chelsea Wright, LMSW, CAADC

At some point in life, we all encounter emotional pain or stress. During these challenging times, having a safe, supportive, and compassionate space is essential to explore your experiences and begin creating meaningful change. My goal is to provide that space- where individuals can better understand their thoughts and feelings and work towards intentional, achievable goals that lead to a more fulfilling life. My role is to build a positive relationship and offer a fresh perspective, guidance, and support as my clients move toward the life they envision.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and even uncertain. But you do not need to have everything figured out to take the first step. Reaching out is an amazing act of self-care, and I am here to meet you wherever you are in your journey.

I would be honored to support you.

My devotion to stress management translates to my own life as I enjoy being active, taking long walks, baking, traveling and spending as much time as possible with my partner and three young sons.

"For me, the most important part of therapy is building a relationship with someone you trust"
