OUR SERVICES

At this time, Mindful Wellness Counseling, is only offering virtual appointments. While we are looking forward to returning to in-person therapy in the near future, we currently offer a confidential, virtual platform that provides easy accessibility and privacy.

Individual & Family Therapy for Adolescents (ages 15 and up)

As a licensed mental health clinician and substance abuse counselor, Chelsea is skilled at addressing the needs of adolescents and their families who have concerns of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. When families are concerned about teens struggling mentally or using substances, things can be stressful, confusing, and overwhelming. By providing individual and family therapy for the adolescent, Chelsea can assist the family in addressing fears, facilitate more functional communication, and build connection.

Individual Therapy for Adults

Life can be chaotic and messy; individual therapy is a way to peace and empowerment. Chelsea can help you address depression (including postpartum), anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Having a connection with a therapist can be life changing. The goal is to feel protected and understood while exploring, growing, and changing.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling can provide a voice for each partner to express their inner thoughts and concerns in a safe and productive environment while learning skills to address dysfunction and foster connection. Change in a relationship is always possible when two partners are committed and have the tools to move in a positive direction – tools which therapy can provide.
